Virtual "shutter speed" at 30 fps

I have been experimenting with the 30 fps settings at the highest resolution but I find that there is "ghosting" - particularly noticeable when vehicles are passing in the opposite direction of when passing parked vehicles. Basically, the faster the action, the more ghosting I see. This is dramatically reduced at 60 fps, but I prefer the higher resolutions.

To me this is happening because each frame is exposed for too long. I'd much rather each frame be exposed for far less time even though this will make the video have more judder.

Is there some camera setting I can use to reduce the actual elapsed exposure time for each frame?

Thanks

You have not such settings and if you will reduce exposure, you will be able to use the camera only in very bright light environement.
