This issue is most likely caused by an unstable connection, power source, or a defective card, please troubleshoot by below steps:
- Try the original car charger cable or another reliable alternative cable.
- Test both the camera side port and GPS port.
- Detach the main body from the mount and take it home, try other power supplies, like a power bank or home socket,
- Check if your card is among the recommended ones, if not, format it first. If the issue persists, please use a new card we recommend. (We only recommend the first 3 types.)
